Stowe Micro Log Replacement

My Stowe Micro Log is on the blink. Now it will read intermittently, like 0.0 then accurately say 3.8 then 0.1 etc. Have removed the paddle wheel and cleaned thoroughly - same result. Resoldiered all the connections to the display unit - same.

If I have to replace - does anyone know of a unit with a paddle wheel that could use the current Stowe hull fitting/hole diameter?

If your paddle wheel is one of those that has a tiny magnet in one of the vanes, check that it hasn't fallen out.

The intermittent fault you have is most likely a loose connection somewhere. If this is in the sensor you will have to replace it, but do check the control unit first.
