Hard to get a sense of scale.
Although I do notice the horizon isn't moving so much, at least, not as much as I'd expect it to with large waves & if in a small yacht.

About 100 people were injured when the boat veered dramatically during a safety manoeuvre on Saturday.

Perhaps this was not a safety manoeuvre, I hope no drinks were spilled.
