Any thoughts on additional precautions? What about the Flybridge tonneau? Leave or remove?
My neighbours a gem. He checked my warps yesterday.Few extra mooring lines ideally not attatched to the same cleats on the boat or the pontoon.Couple of extra fenders may help. If your worried about the cover take it off.
Have a scan around your neighbours boats,if you see anything of concern tell the marina staff. Most frustrating to have your own boat well secured just for some other lazy sods boat to break free and damage yours.
Hopefully we will miss the worst of it in the Bristol Channel ,not written in stone though.
Where is your boat now?
Biggest threat for you is building debris!
Seems we missed the worst of it in the Bristol Channel area. 100mph gusts at Needles IoW and Dover.
It shows 49mph as highest wind today at 4am, pretty breezyI was interested to see the wind speed, on Flatholm was highest Sunday afternoon.
