Makes our Thames 'wash merchants' look a bit tame by comparison.
However this looks a dutch river and they are usually pretty tame.
On the middle and upper reaches of the Seine above Paris
we have frequently had water skiers shooting past us on either side of the boat perfectly lawfully. Makes a great sight. One just moors up downstream or upstream of these designated areas.

They have brains though....they chose a tame colour for their boat to avoid being caught at a later stage....
