Ring...

Charles Sterling. He is an amenable chap and will, I'm sure, be only too willing to help

Sorry for your troubles. Forget about a Sterling manual. There is no such thing. They don't produce one, unless you call an A4 sheet run off on a home computer riddled with nonsense and appalling english a manual.
We had endless trouble with the Sterling charger we inherited and with the Sterling attempt at a manual - and with the man Sterling himself. You will find it hard, as a customer. to encounter a more arrogant and abusive man in business.

I suggest you get a local boat electrics man to help. This is the only way we sorted it all out in the end!

Re: Ring...

I think you must be referring to a different Charles Sterling. The one we had the misfortune to encounter was one of the most arrogant men we have ever encountered.

Re: Ring...

Funny you should say that, I bort a Sterling alternatot booster a year or so back and phoned for advice and was made to feel a complete idiot (which regarding boat electrics I am, which is why I phoned for advice!), very unpleasant service, will never consider buying Sterling again.
