Steadfast 24

A member of my local yacht club has purchased a Steadfast 24 motor sailer.

He knows very little about this boat and would like to find out who were the designers and builders, is there an owners association etc etc.

Can anyone help?

I may be mistaken, but I think the Steadfasts were built by Victoria Yachts in Warsash, and I think they were designed by Chuck Payne.

The last I heard was that Victoria Yachts (Marine) had stopped building boats but were concentrating on servicing and repairs.
