Since it is now over 10 years old, I'm thinking I should be replacing the standing rigging on Bonsella - a Sadler 26. I plan to unstep the mast for the winter lay-up since there are a few other jobs to sort out at the masthead so I will be able to take the existing rigging to a supplier for a direct replacement. The boat is at Bradwell - any suggestions please for a good rigging supplier locally?
Thanks

Hi ,

I used Z Spars UK, to replace my standing rigging. Took my existing rigging to there factory at Hadleigh near Ipswich. Their price was competitive and happy with rigging and advise recieved

TS changed a few years back. They originally renewed my Anderson 26 rigging and then made a new set of guard rails for Gladys, both very well done (the rigging was before the change the guard rails after). When Gladys was t-boned in 2006, she went to Fox's for the major repair and I used them to replace the standing rigging at a very reasonable price (2/3 of any other quote) and very well. When I replaced the mast in 2011, I used Z-spar and they made did the rigging, including finishing on site, again very competent...

Worth trying DRS based in Burnham. tel 07796 032564. Had good service from Dave when he did my standing rigging and again when he did my guardlines. A good friend has also had good service.
