stainless steel manufacturer

We would like a brushed stainless steel panel behind our cooker. We are based in West Mersea, would anyone have any recomendations as to where we could have it manufactured locally please. Thanks in anticipation.

It may sound stupid but I think you can buy brushed stainless and aluminium sheets from B&Q.
Not in kitchen department but in our B&Q they were in with the brackets, strips and screw section.

Your local sheet fabricator will sell you a piece .. Cheaper than B&Q who can be rather expensive for some reason .. Have a look in yellow pages ..

I know B&Q do aluminium, with various surfaces. Was not aware that they also dostainless steel sheet but if you say so I guess they do. If they do it is very convenient to pop into a B&Q.

They do stainless kitchen splash backs but they are a bit expensive.

IMHO aluminium would be suitable, especially one of the patterened surfaces. Thats what I have although it came from work many years ago, not B&Q.

Yesterday i bought a sheet of stainless from B&Q in their sheet metal section. a sheet 25 x 50 (cm) cost £5. They do a variety of metals, finishes, thicknesses all in 2 sheet sizes per above and about twice as big. I thought that pretty cheap.
