Any ideas on fitting 3mm thick stainless steel letters to curved transom please? The ones I have seen have lifted at the edges. Thanks.

When you say you've seen lifted letters, was that on your model of boat or another? Have you held a straight edge against your transom to see if it's an issue for your letter width?
The letters lifted were on a couple of other boats. That's a really good point on size . I will check if a smaller lettering is better on the curve. Thanks

Thanks. To be newly fitted so not bonded before. Ballast aft not a problem as big anchor fittedNot sure about jig? Do you mean each letter to form curve.
I thought about having stainless studding on back of letters and bolting through transom and maybe using small tubular spacers. Anyone done this?
Thats how my stainless steel house number is fitted.
It also allows for back lighting if you wish.
