ST60 Wind Masthead Mount Removal Tips

Trying to remove the old style Raymarine ST60 Wind Sensor mount - the aluminium block type mount. I can't get the two securing slot headed bolts to move; the nuts came off easily. I am at anchor and climbing the mast so access from above is hard. Any tips on getting these old blocks off?

Stainless screws through ally and into ally can be impossible to free after a few years. Try a blowlamp and soak in WD40 or similar when hot. Otherwise, it sounds like an angle grinder job.
