St Martin, Caribbean ... advice please

[ QUOTE ]
Need cheap haul-out and hardstanding for a while. Anyone have any suggestions?

How long a boat?
How heavy?
Type of boat, mono/cat?
How long do you want to be out for?

I will check, There are two near the Marigot bridge.

But better hurry as hurricane season is upon us.

Would an alternative be acceptable (probably cheaper) eg in St.Kitts 60 miles away.

Indigo yachts can haul out and store and do all sorts of work. From replacing a shackle to a complete refurbishment/renovation or new build.

Can they haul a 44ft X 22ft cat? What services are available ashore? anti-fouling?

I've seen the facilty starting up when sailing by Brimstone Fort but haven't been ashore yet to have a look.

Indigo yachts can haul out that . They have hauled out and launched up to 70'0" cats.

St.Kitts Marine works hauled out Falcon which is a bigger Cat than yours.
Falcon has had 7'0"spliced in into its length.
It was anti fouled
and wil be relaunched there.

A 70 foot cat being built by Fortress Marine will also be soon launched in the travel lift there.

KATE was just hauled out there.

I've seen a 40'+ cat lifted out at Island Water World though I doubt they have the space to store it. Jolly Harbour has plenty of hard standing but it's a fair distance away.
