Sprint 1000 Windlass

What am I doing wrong? 4 years ago I replaced the seized motor (Fracmo.com) It has gone again, another £250 or not? Has anyone else had similar problems? How can I seal it? If I were to replace the whole windlass does anyone know of a windlass with a similar footprint?
