Spring Tides

Why does it allways seem to be Spring Tides at the moment?
Or am I just imagining things?

Tides are big at the moment because of the time of year. In 3 months time you'll find that the tides seem a lot smaller, even the springs.

Perhaps If I had drunk 2 bottles of wine at the Jumble I had have got the right size.

P.S. Don't you worry about your boat being so close to the fuel? We bounced off it a number of times yesterday when getting a pump out then the hose came off spraying s##t all over nearby boats inc a nice one called Tuscana )
