I use bravehost to host my web site and find their services good, im sure if they knew someone using their site as scam they would remove it.

Pay pal are also a good site owned by ebay, you can get money back from them if goods dont arrive as they have a good system to retrieve money, as long as the person does not close the account down.

There's nothing wrong with hosting, it's when you see a free sub-domain with banner adverts all over the place you get suspicious. No legit, honest business man in their right mind is going to be so tight on £40-50pa to have such a cheap looking site. And if they do, I wouldn't like to see what else they skim on

/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif) and by the way.....if it is a scam web site that means you should see on google if anybody was scammed. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

finally somebody on my side.Thank DoralPhill . Mate check the company no.As i told you i had my order delivered.

If someone more experienced could check out the Companies House page, it could be genuine website, just a very poor one.

But, not one I would dream of sending any money to as the payment options are not very good and requires you to send payment details via insecure e-mail, by the looks of it.

If the principles want to contact me, my company can re-skin our white label e-commerce site for them. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

At the very least, they should consider using Protx for payment.

Hate to put cat in here but Im saying Bravehost are good, they have some good services some of which I use on my web site, web stats, help files, spy watch, counters etc.

I gues they could be a small company everyone starts somewhere and you cant earn a fortune out of this gear no one buys it that often there are better scams than that.

PS anyone want to buy a Rolex its 100% genuine or at least the guy on the street corner said it was..

FYI Companies house hold No financial info on this company and have them registered as non-trading according to the co number listed above.

Sorry can't say what state the company is in, and wether you will get your gear, but i'd be very, very carefull.

Firstly major manufacturers would only generally open accounts with credit worthy companies... these generally are well invested in, such as the usual suspects of online chandlers we all know of...

Hope the info is of some help, and hope your gear turns up.

I don't want to slate the company, only relaying info.

so the company has a registration no.All i want to say is that i received my product and i'm happy with it. You don't have to buy if you don't trust them! /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif

That company has been incorporated a few years but has always filed dormant accounts using DC1 form and has omitted to tick the box "Company acted as agent of someone". So there seems to be an unlawful inconsistency between on the one hand representing itself to you as the supplier/biller for your shopping, and on the other hand telling Companies House that it is dormant and is agent for no-one.

The company has £1 of share capital and its sole director and the holder of its £1 share capital is Christopher Farman, British, address in Hull in a street with some Tall Vegetation (I wont quote the street address here), dob 21/1/86

Based on the info in this thread i personally wouldn't do business with this lot. I'm also expecting that you and the "other" new user disappear from this forum very soon :-)

I have had unauthorised money taken from my credit card account by Paypal and they have never replied to say why or how it happened. The credit card company replaced the money and all was OK. I do not have an account with Paypal and would recommend staying away from them.

Thanks guys I will think twice before using them, Ive used loads of times and never had an issue, its not just ebay but buying other bits as well.

In fact I bought the mothers day flowers on a web site recently and used paypal to pay.

Ive had 4 credit cards cloned in the last 2 years and the one I use for pay pal is the only one I have left thats why i use it. That is the only card Ive not had cloned.

Note : The order(s) will be shipped in 24 hours after the payment will be received . When the delivery will be started our customers will receive ( e-mail ) the tracking number to track online the package(s) .

If these scammers ever go to school there could be problems.
The telephone no. is London, on the B323 near Millbank. Line operated by C & W

None of the dates add up on the pictures either some of them state 2005 another 2015 and another 2016 these guys can time travel too.
Mind you any boat that stays the same for the next 10 years is bound to be out of date /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

It might be genuine but all the indicators suggest that it isn't worth the risk. Genuine or not.

I wouldn't buy from this site... in fact, I wouldn't buy from any web site except through a credit card... if they are a scam or you have other problems with them you would at least have some recompense. Moneygrams, cheques, money transfer etc are fine if you know and have confidence in the company you are buying from. In this case you don't so don't buy.

Send a PM to Gludy, and ask him if they're worth dealing with, he seems like a pretty good judge of character! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
