split seal for rudder shaft

I need to change the lip seal on my rudder shaft. Thinking to use a split seal to save dropping the rudder. Anyone done this? If so make and suppler of seal appreciated. Diameter of shaft 65mm, seal held by circular clip inside robust rubber tube 120mm.

Why not use the Jefa gaiter as suggested in your same query on the Bavaria forum.. It is a very undemanding application as it only has to keep the water in the tube and the tube is actually above the static waterline. Fitted to many production boats including Bavaria.
