Hello I wonder if anybody can help us we have a spinnaker pole on our boat a rival 34, one end of the pole has broken so we are looking to get get a new Spinnaker pole end but can't seem to find one, the measurements are a little strange the pole itself is 70 mm wide and the inside is 64mm we think the pole is quite old maybe as old as the boat itself, any advice would be much appreciated thanks

You can get 55mm fittings, if your pole is not too damaged then you get a piece of aluminium tube which you put over the 55 & 4.5 Th wall would give you your 64mm. That would slip into the existing pole. So go to someone like sailspar & buy a 55 mm fitting plus 150mm length of their standard spinnaker pole. Then pop rivet that inside your existing pole. Or go the other way & put your pole inside a short length of larger tube..
I would expect that there must be cheaper options for the end fitting than the £150-00 one that you showed earlier on in this thread.
I only gave these sizes as an example but it might give you something to apply some lateral thinking to the problem
There again it might not:ambivalence:
