Having recently purchased an Achilles 24 which was laid up for 2 years, I am finding it impossible to get rid of all the Spiders which have taken up residence.
Does anybody have a humane way to get rid of both the Spiders and their Eggs.

I agree with Lord Nelson, they keep the midge population down, put them under a microscope and you will find them wearing a sailors pork pie hat!

Swmbo uses a flip flop to bat the biggest ones off... and they are huge.. they land in the water, beat up the fish then climb up onto someone else's boat....

"There was an old woman...."

.... who swallowed a bird;
I don't know why she swallowed a bird.
She swallowed the bird to catch the SPIDER.
She swallowed the spider to catch the fly
that wiggled and wriggled and tickled inside her...
I think she'll die ! "
