Spiders

Having recently purchased an Achilles 24 which was laid up for 2 years, I am finding it impossible to get rid of all the Spiders which have taken up residence.
Does anybody have a humane way to get rid of both the Spiders and their Eggs.

I agree with Lord Nelson, they keep the midge population down, put them under a microscope and you will find them wearing a sailors pork pie hat!

and have a look at their Pestclear 2000. This is an ultrasonic device which simply drives them away (on to someone else's boat, perhaps!).

Swmbo uses a flip flop to bat the biggest ones off... and they are huge.. they land in the water, beat up the fish then climb up onto someone else's boat....
