Spiders on board

I have a fresh water mooring (G&S Canal) as most of you know - and this year the spiders have not been too bad, a good run round will usally evict all but the most stubborn of creature. Now i dont mind spiders, i have no problem with them (dont like in my sleeping bag!! /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif but thats just me)

I have been talking to someone else, who says they are infested

So have you suffered from any this year? or dont you get them at all?

We have lots of big juicy ones but they're good for catching and eating the midges.

Yes, but spider crap is a buger to get off seats and panels isn't it?

Hell yes! thats the reason for evicting the buggers!

When I was in holland, we were infested with the swines! Found nests of the buggers under my sail covers, a good hard winter normally finishes them off, dont know of any green way to get rid of them, but insecticide does the job, although there must be a plant extract or summat that'll shift em!
