Actually it's nothing to do with me, but I spotted this in the yard earlier. Never seen anything like it - a double-take 'wtf' moment indeed. And about as far from 'stealthy' as you'll get!
ha ha ha bloody hell!
Potentially lethal.
Is there any indication on the topsides of the propellers below?

Why should there be-most boats dont identify the main propellers, so why the thruster ones?

I think many of you need to go put your glasses on.... This is photoshop at its bestor ill find a hat to buy and eat it
Time to buy a hat. There's a company that make and sell these bolt on thrusters.
I saw one on a small scale on the bow of a rib. That could be hoisted out of the water..
Why not the same for a big boat?

retractable ones are made
Swimmers??? Oh dear me - get real! What would swimmers be doing under the bow of a boat under way? That's about as realistic as calling a car's radiator fan a danger to pedestrians.
Without going into the pros and cons of identifying the fact that you have a bow thruster, and it's position - you can get these stickers from side power - they were free.
Cheers,
Michael.
