Spain - weather data

Does anyone know where I could find past weather data - for example average wind speed and direction - on (say) a weekly basis - for Malaga region?
Have tried Spanish Met Office site but can't find anything and the site is very very slow! Also tried Frank Singleton's site - can't see anything there, either.

PS Not average temperature or rainfall - that's fairly easy to find.

then click Climate
select the region, then your city (I see Malaga is present),

then Climate Robot, it will compute averages of wind speed or direction over a certain period
