Southapton Boat Show

Does anyone know a good b&b near to this years boat show? I'm travelling down by train from Kendal so i need somewhere to kip the 17th & 18th. Any help would be great.

Southampton gets VERY full that week, all the exhibitors stay in all the hotels and guest houses in or near the town centre. It's even worse at the weekends, we often have desperate emails from the hosts of foreign guests, looking for anywhere for them to lay their heads. I'd suggest looking at the Eastleigh tourist info site as well as Southampton, its only a short train ride away. Ditto Totton. Don't be tempted to drive into Southampton between 8 and 10 a.m. It takes hours in a car.
