Jimmy Greens Marine do galvanised shackles for heavy loads, and a good price too. At least that is where I got mine for my anchor setup. Online.

I believe Jimmy Greens are looking into the possibility of supplying a load-rated, galvanised, flush, hex slotted, D-Shackle for anchor use in the near future.
