Anyone got updates on Solent prices..?

Came down the Hamble yesterday and I am sure one of them was 40p

C&N fuel barge was shut on Friday. Apparently only open from 0900 - 1445. Didn't notice the price...just pissed off that I couldn't refuel in the evening.

where in Lymington Rick?

2-3 years ago, Yarmouth were always cheapest in Solent for petrol, then Lymington changed suppliers (the floating fuel place on way to Town Quay) and suddenly became cheaper. They started buying petrol from the Fawley refinery directly I was told by the pump attendants (hearsay, but seemed genuine)

The Yacht Haven - I didn't go any further up the river than that /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif Jez - don't know the details as we'd filled in Weymouth (alas 44p from Alan, mechanical services were 47p). Just saw the board as we went in. Probably worth a call if you're thinking of making a trip.

Got ripped off at Port Hamble last Wednesday 53p a litre, mind you if she had a petrol lump - 117p a litre. Don't worry about the Euros trying to wreck our industry, just leave it to MDL. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
