Has anyone tried to order the MCA documents, MCA/098 and MCA/099 (SOLAS V regulations and the instructions for distress signals required by section V/29 of the regulations), mentioned in November PBO? The article gives an email address of mca@promo-solutions.com but all I get is a non-delivery - "User unknown".

I've sent a request to the addres that you suggest. Interestingly, I tried connecting to www.promo-solution.com and it doesn't exist. A similar connection to www.promo-solutions.com gets a message something like "Thank you. The site is not available at this time". Perhaps it's just "down".
