SOLAS-table of signals

I've been reading the famous chapterV of SOLAS, and tried to find an example of the famous table of life-saving signals that is required. Can't find it on the net. Does anyone have a link, it must be out there, or a JPG of it ?

Small Commercial Vessels in the UK are required to display these signals in the form of either one very large poster (SOLAS No 1) which has it all on one side, or two copies of smaller posters (SOLAS No 2) which has half one side and half on the other. They were available from most nautical bookshops and chandlers. Don't know about on the net, though.

They will be published on the back of small craft charts and in pilot books and you can bet your bottom Euro nautical publishers will have 'yottie' versions of the Solas posters out for the SOuthampton Show.
