How can I find out what in the maze of red tape actually applies to us minows of under 7 metres. Web sights are too tricky for me to take it all in. Thanks anyone!!

Need to be able to show you've done some passage planning if you have an accident (no spot checks, but may be investigated if you have an accident)

Need to carry a copy of MCA 'Life Saving Signals' on board (at helm)

Need to have a radar reflector 'where practicable'
