Solar Panel Surface Renivation

My flexi solar panels seem to have a very thin coating of laquer which is suddenly peeling. Anyone else seen this and what did you do. It seems to rub off but would be easier with a suitable solvent.

Are they older flexi panels? If so they may be delaminating. This has been fixed with modern ETFE panels and probably worth the upgrade cost.

No I've had the older type that delaminate. This is just a very fine surface coat. Not sure it's purpose other than cosmetic.

Maybe a light polishing compound then but try to test it somewhere away from the cells in case it doesn't go well
