SOL racing - old client now obsolete

SOL are saying NOT to use the old client any more as it is obsolete. Use the web based one only.

I still prefer the old one. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

So thats me out of the running for the game. I cant use the online one because it gets filtered at work.

Can someone feed back to SOL (I cant because the site is FILTERED) and ask them to rethink this, or take all the game meta tags off the online software.

I have left feedback. A friend of mine is also unable to log in at home - it was OK yesterday.

No, I actually got an admin password for the network and once you have that you can install anybit of software you choose - even have skype now.

The online one is just filtered and I get the grey wall of doom

I liked the ruler on the old client. Don't really know what I was doing with it but I like playing around. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Just tried it it's still working

There is a ruler on the web version now. It suddenly appeared this evening

I've only just found out that if you double click when you have finished placing the ruler lines, they stay on the screen. I wish I had known earlier. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
