Sofa build

Hi, i am looking at a Fairline 41ft boat that has a single sofa to starboard and a host of cupboards to port. Can anyone advise a ball park figure to remove say three of the cupboards and have a second sofa fitted?

I have seen the same boat with two sofas fitted, just none on the market at present, so my thought is to make the change myself.
