Perhaps you should clarify what is is you want, vital before you order anything. What do you want it for?

Sodium metabisulphite is the stuff wine makers use for sterilising their (winemaking) equipment. Often sold as campden tablets. (Spelling?

Sodium bisuphate (aka sodium hydrogen sulphate) is an acid salt equivalent to a mixture of sodium sulphate and suphuric acid used, apparently, for cleaning steel and in (some ) lavatory cleaners

Alwasy bought it from the local chemist in the past, but it seems so much less expensive from the recommended wine maker on this thread!
