I think must have picked it up in a fill-up as I have soft pillow tanks which means there is no air gap as the fuel is used up, where condensation could form and things could grow?

I had been running fine untill this fill-up, was about 1/4 full when I filled.

I've just had exactly the same thing, it blocked one of the fuel lines.. Put a strong dose of "Soltron" in the tanks, left it for a week, changed the filters of course and everything has been fine. Fuel flowing freely.

from my wxperience ( going through it now) the bug appeared as black pieces in the pre filters. I dosed the tanks but all that did was to increase the amount it blocked the filters. I have now changed filters rwice in 10 hours use and its gettinmg no better and so I have been advised to have the tanks cleaned and fule polished.

Someone told me it smells awfull??? cant vouch for that though

Concur with Ian.
get some tube and do some filtering yourself.

Not everyone has a good experience with the fuel polishing services.
