so, new boat out,

Dont bother with boat shows, or threads about new boats. Or new cars for that matter. Ten to twenty year old boats work fine. Besides, you need twice the size new boat, to equal an older one.

I saw this at last years Excel, ans seriously want one...

Lovely lovely lovely....Spacious, trad looking and plush as a Jag dowstairs....

In a great many ways I agree with you, some fantastic boats out there is you go looking but some of the toys and new boats around now,...........wow.................... well I am out of a job soon with the technology that seems to be appearing.

as I say, we will see what happens /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

True Jez, the Blue looks better.

You have a Trawler coming? /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

just got one too, last Saturday. Well, its sitting ashore, coz I cant be arsed to move it yet /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
And even after 2 days at LBS, I havent seen another boat that I d rather own.
Fortunately...as thats 3 boats in a year, which is enough for a while, I think.

Looking at an Astondoa 42 as a possible change Julie, but in response to your concerns even with IPS getting my Day Skipper with you was no easy task so I think your Jobs safe for a while!!

Well just to be left field and have everyone up in arms cus it has no canvas, no cup holders, isn't blue or white, is impractical and everything about is screams show off! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

But as a med style icon and weekender it is just gorgeous, had a good shufty at Dusseldorf and very well screwed together, handles beautifully (or so I am told and looking at the video she looks as she rides very soft and well balanced) .

No one can design like the Italians, totally whimish and stylish but impractical but I would prefer to arrive in Portofino in this than any modern flybridge doofer /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif.

Oh and its on IPS 600's /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

[/ QUOTE ]What do you mean exactly?
I'd rather say the opposite, as far as space optimization is concerned...

Mmmm. About 100 things wrong with that boat... I still want one. But only if they'd fit it with a couple of decent gas turbines to replace that weedy powerplant.
