So, much happened in the last year?

Apart from the usual forum fighting from time to time?

Not done ANY boating since last May. Not enough bleedin' spare time, but all that's about to change.

Magnum Force is going in the water Friday for a week. If anyone is around the South Devon coast they may seem me blatting around.

My boat arrives in about 10 days and I can't wait.

Not much happens around here any more, everyone seems to be just getting on with it.

We are having a great time this year Mark. This is our June holiday Mallorca cruise

In July we headed across to Menorca with the intention of cruising around the island but the weather kept us in Mahon for five days and we took the first break in the weather to dash back to Alcudia. We had a great time though.

Away again this Friday for a long weekend and back again for a week at the beginning of September when we hope to cruise in company with Mr & Mrs MartynK down to Cabrera.

The only downside is that the year is going too quickly /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

How are things with you? It sounds like you are busier than intended.

Hi Mark - Long time no speak to. I thought you had given up boating! I am hoping to get down south for the boatshow - are you planning to go? We are still enjoying Majorca, toyed with teh idea of coming back to the UK next year, but given the weather we are going to stay for 2008. If its any consolation, there are even less moorings available anywhere there than when you were here. We stopped at Palma for 5 nights in June in the Real Club, was good fun, reminded us of the night out we all had in Palma. We eat at the same restuarant and the same drinks bar with teh goldfish glasses.

Look forward to your boating pics and perhaps catching up later in the year - areyou still travelling upto Cheshire and back?

Glad you're both having fun out there still. You've clearly got a good routine and are able to relax quickly enough without all the hassle associated with bigger boats. jfm was right, you really do need some sort of crew for Princess 67 type boating.

Still, back in the UK and happier for it and had a good rest from boating. Bought some more land and 2 tractors. Really do love it down here. Still travelling back to Cheshire from time to time too.

I do miss Palma, especially the restaurants and bars, but I'm sick of being treated like a bloody terrorist at airports so try to avoid flying whenever possible.

Really looking forward to some boating next week. Just need to remember which side starboard is again /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
