I will never forget him. The sketch that impressed me most, when I saw him live, in the late 60s I think, was an evening at the ball. I have to remind myself that he had no props, because my memory tells me that he had some very tight-fitting white gloves, an elegant silk scarf and and beautifully tailored overcoat.
