I hear tell about putting a snatch block in the beak of your pole prevents chaffing of the sheet. How does one do it? And what's a good block for the purpose?

I did it for a bit with a short soft shackle to attach, but decided that a better option was splicing 3m of 6mm dyneema to the clew-end of the sheet - this runs very easily through the jaws of the pole.
