Snapdragon tips anyone?

Re: Seems Gunfleet has just alienated an entire boat group !!

why has he alienated anyone?

Many post here on many topics, knock Bavs and other 'average white boats'

It's all useful info, as it helps people make their minds up what they want in a boat, and most can discriminate enought to make their own minds up

Re: Seems Gunfleet has just alienated an entire boat group !!

I don't suppose sbc was all that serious, Brendan. At least I don't take it that way. Re the chap asking for advice, if all he has is £5k to spend, then the decision to him is the same as a million quid to someone else, so I reckon he needs to hear the downside just the same as all those millionaire mobo owners do too - ooer, missus. There I've done it again!

Re: Seems Gunfleet has just alienated an entire boat group !!

any advice is good advice around here, if you can read through it. Downsides are amongst the most important, though you learn to take them with a pinch of salt, if others are posting positively on the same subject, but does give you some perspective

You've not alienated me, I'm no millionare, not this year anyway! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Brendans .... if you read the whole carefully ...

It was tongue in cheek and I did actually say in the body - each to their own .... blimey - didn't expect anyone to take it so seriously !!

Bav's - well that's another affair and often just a trawl ....

Re: Bilge keels drying out . . .

Day in day out I commute over Langstone Bridge to Pompey, looking at the boats on the moorings. The number of times they dry out on their noses or with one keel stuck in a hole is horrendous - their owners would have a fit!

Not for me thank you.

Hello I am a new SD26 owner in America. Looking for any rigging information on the boat.
Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Mike
