Smoky plastic

I have a "pram hood" on my boat with a plastic foldable window panel. It has gone smoky and opaque. Does anybody know of a cleaner that will get this panel clear again?

If it is the kind of thin flexible transparent plastic, it is probably impossible to restore once it has gone cloudy, Perspex type rigid plastic can be cleaned and polished with special perspex polish, which is like a very fine chrome cleaner. Solvol Autosol chrome cleaner will work on perspex but is a little coarser. If your plastic is the same sort of stuff used for rear screens in the hoods of old MG sports cars the only real cure is replacement. A look in a classic car magazine might locate a supplier.

Or use Pointnorth - get the thicker version, it'll last longer. They will also supply the instructions for DIY replacement.
