I wonder can anyone tell me where I can get a copy of this one off episode that Smith and Jones did, when he invites his none boating pal away for a weekend on his boat.

Thanks for finding that. There used to be lots of boats like that with blokes like him. I think modern quality boat designs have got rid of most of them.

One of my big regrets is dragging my wife off most weekends to a spend time on our cold boat, in the rain, when all she wanted to do was lie on a Greek beach. It was 10 years before I relented, and realised what I'd been missing!

I have, and they're all there, the last two rows of boats at the back of every yard, never going to see the water again (thankfully).

I think I'm a bit like that. And I certainly know people who are definitely like that.

Have you thought about chartering a boat in a sunny climate, like Greece, Turkey, Italy, Bahamas, BVI.....etc etc?
