Slipways in the Netherlands

Hello, Thank you for letting me join this great forum. Sailed the Java Sea, South African Coast and the Dutch lakes in my younger years. Owned various dinghies and yachts up to 33ft.
Now 78 and sold my last sailing boat.
I bought a Shetland motor boat on a trailer to see Sail Amsterdam in August 2025.
I have 2 questions.
Do I need boat insurance and waterway licence in Holland for a 5 meter motor boat?
Does anybody know of a slipway on the Noordzee Kanaal or Zijkanaal C near IJmuiden?

There is a slipway in marina Nauerna at Zijkanaal D. I have no first hand experience with this marina. The small marina at Zijkanaal C does not have a slipway according to their website.

There is also the Waterkaarten App (voorheen ANWB Waterkaarten) NL, BE, DE, FR & VK for your phone/tablet or PC it is subscription based but it is good and updated regularly. We used it to take our boat home from the Volkeraksluis on the Holladisch diep to Leopoldsburg in Belgium.
