Sky Channel 416 - Motor Boats

I have just been watching a program called Motor Boats on Sky channel 416, its on from 9:00 to 9:30 ( every Thursday? ).
Any one else see it? It's very American and needs English sub titles; I have worked out that a sun deck and sun ladder are a bathing platform and ladder, drift is air born spray but some of the other terminology is very puzzling! What is " re-gauge" in 4 seconds?
