That part of A4 will be a nightmare with extra 141 homes....Poor sods.

But I notice the only boat shown using the river is a NB

Anything has to be better than the eyesore of the old Skindles building.

Plans to build a walkway across the river have already been approved.

Is that what we used to call a bridge? Better be high enough for us to get under!!!

Yes there is Maidenhead bridge! not sure where another would take you of any use ? Short cut to the park café
There is a similar new walkway at Caversham which although it looks very nice, doesn't really seem to get you anywhere that the existing bridge only yards away already does?

I understood that was a very short section of towpath on the Maidenhead side that had been built on that was missing.
