I saw one for sale, all I know is they are Norwegian. Does anyone know anything about the build quality of these boats?

Well built from a small Norwegian yard, similar in some respects to a Nimbus. If the one you have seen for sale is on the IOW it was the test boat from MBM when they originally tested the boat. It is a bit under-engined with, from memory, 2 X 100hp Yanmars

There is one moored directly behind me in the marina. Next time I see the owner I could ask him to give you a call if that would help.

The one i saw was in Lymington Yacht Haven.

In my days of selling I actually sold 2 of these and i believe that Berthon in Lymington were/are the agents. What is the name of the boat maybe i know it?

They are good boats, well built as the Norweigen's do!! The engine access is a little limited but the floor in the saloon does come up quite easily.
