We launched Sirenia yesterday at SYH with help from EastCoastBernie & Jonny Windrush.

We had a few minor gliches including the starter motor not wanting to play for awhile.

We met up with Wherry of this parish who was swinging round a bouy off SYH.
Sails were set up and Wherry and ourselfs had a very plesent sail out to Landguard and back to Shotley.

We are now on Sirenia's new mooring at Ramsholt finishing off a few outstanding items.
Still quite a lot of work to do down below with the finishings but she is usable again.

My thanks to all those Forum Members who helped or gave support during Sirenia's refit.
I am very pleased with the result so far.

Hip Hip, Hooray!!!!

Well done Clive, that must have beena thrilling/nerve wracking time, putting her back in.

Look forward to seeing you about the coast.

Heard you on the radio whilst on the way back across on Sunday. We raised a glass in your direction. Top job and delighted she's back in the water...

Simon

Thank you for the thought.

I do hope it the glass was of a non alcoholic beverage. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
One should not indulge underway according to Gorden's Men. /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

Congratulations Clive. That is a very impressive turn around from that trauma of last year. I got down to SYH late on Saturday, so I'm sorry I missed you.

Fair winds and soft mud for the rest of the season!
