Did anybody else hear the Alternative Meanings on the BBC R4 programme I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue this week?
Here was my favourite. CIRCUMNAVIGATION - a Jewish sailor.
Any other ideas?

Yup! I liked Claustrophobia.... a fear of Christmas.

'Crew' - A sweater.
'Frigate' - A swearword.
