No, not impressed with 'S', test drove it. But there is a new one coming out, I was sent the brochure today if you want it sent to you. Very nice cars but no good for a family, I have a 911 which is a 2 + 2 that is a bit more flexible with the baby. Can't get all the safety kit in the Boxter /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

S makes more sense if you drive in London or anywhere with traffic. Get auto box in S and has enough power to lose very little performance for far more comfortable everyday drive

911 makes a little more sense for a family,, have friends who take kid in back of theirs everywhere.

Back to the orrigional topic, your dealer may be the sole importer for Glastron but that doesn't mean you need to buy it from him. The broker at our marina on Loch Lomond is an agent for Glastron, I know cause he tried to sell me one!!! They all have to work to the same price list and will match each other with discount if need be. There will be other dealers round the country.

If looking for another boat what about this Rinker;

Its diesel, 28' and reasonably priced £49,995. The new Rinker270 is now 30' long, This dealer had a year old ones for sale a fortnight ago for £48,995 with diesel and tender, A good price i think!!!!!!!!!

What do you think of the Glastron Happy, as a poor student I have been thinking of a secondhand one, they seem to go pretty cheap.

Sorry if this has already been covered, have been working hard for end of year exams so haven't been logged on for ages.
