I don't think there has been any indication as to how the confirmation will be requested, ie will it be by post, in which case it will be important to record any change of address, or email, in which case it will be important to record any change in email address. There does not seem to be any mechanism, at present anyway, for us to voluntarily confirm the details.
It seems quite likely that Ofcom has not yet thought that far ahead!
