shipping forecast

in reeds almanac there is a page where you can enter the shipping forecast.
has anyone got this on a word doc. or pdf etc.

wanted A4 size and my pc cannot increase size without a right palava!!

The two pages from the RYA are a PDF. They print staight out to A4. Did for me any way.
