The Temporary Exclusion Zone of 300 metres around the vessel, established by The
Queen’s Harbour Master, Portsmouth in General Direction No 1/15, remains in force
until the vessel leaves the Dockyard Port of Portsmouth. Thereafter, for the passage, a
Temporary Exclusion Zone has been established by the Secretary of State’s
Representative (SOSREP) (as attached) and, exceptionally, a Moving Prohibited Zone
of 1000 metres ahead and astern and 100 metres on either side and ‘Clear Channel’
status will apply to the vessel throughout the passage.
