Sheaves \'n things...

I have an old Kemp deck stepped mast on the boat with 8 sheaves at the bottom.
4 of the sheaves are fixed with athwartships exits and four are angled at about 45 deg from aft (2 of each on each side of the mast)
Later masts seem to have had swivel arrangements which allowed the sheave exits to be angled... Mine are fixed..
I'm trying to make up two stainless block arrangements which will allow me to lead the athwartships pairs back at an angle without making anymore holes in the coachroof..
I need a total of 4 Sheaves of about 65 to 70 mm Od and with an Id of between 10 to 12mm so the pins/axles are strong enough and about 13mm thick
Any ideas?? I'm running out of Googling time...
Just to clarify, the thought is to extend the existing axle (Which carries 2 Sheaves)and mount 2 horizontal sheaves in fabricated cheeks... These cheeks will then pivot on the extended axle...

I'm trying to make a drawing at this moment!!!!
So where do I just get Sheaves Not Blocks???
Cheers Bob E..

Re: Sheaves \'n things...

Looking at the Barton Catalogue in front of me, on page 54, there is a selection of sheaves, both ball race and plain bearing. They go up to 70mm diameter, with a couple of choices re. width.

Part numbers as follows....

Plain bearing. 64815......70x18mm
64816......70x20mm...both with a bore of 13mm

Ball race bearings. 64915.....70x18mm
64916.....70x20mm....both with a bore of 6mm.

Plain bearing sheaves around a fiver each, ball raced sheaves, around 12 quid each.

Any use?
