I had osmosis treatment carried out on my boat by this company at Shamrock Marina between Oct.2000 and April 2001. The work would appear to be substandard and I would like to rely on the guarentee given to me by the company.

However, a company called Ocean International appears to have taken over SMS but do not appear to be being very helpful over my guarentee.

Has anyone had a similar experience? If so have you had any success in obtaining recompense under your guarentee?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Nothing to date apart from convincing me that they had taken over the services of Shamrock Marine Services.
